Working with all the units of the Specialty Group of AmerisourceBergen on building security and regulatory compliance. In addition the building or reworking of company locations to meet growing business needs and keep compliant with changing regulations in addition to the track and trace initiatives in the Industry in both Domestic and International capacity.

Worked as Project Manager on the build out of the corporate office complex. Manage the everyday operations of the corporate facility. Work with all the business units to assist in any operation projects that require a corporate guidance. Monitor new and developing regulatory affairs to make sure business units are compliant or can achieve compliance. Monitor State and Federal pedigree legislation and make recommendations to keep business units in compliance.

Oversaw P&L and operations for 6 distribution centers in the midwest.Worked on Company initiatives to increase productitvity and lower operating expenses. Responsible for creating and improving warehouse processes.
