Management of a portfolio of yachting and aviation assets on behalf of clients. Advising in relation to asset holding structures, trusts, tax, legal advice and then once established and the assets are in use, then managing their operation for the most beneficial use, which could be commercial chartering or simply for the personal enjoyment of the owners.

Contract management for a wide range of transactions and services related to Yachting and Aviation assets on behalf of clients, from the negotiation of the initial asset purchase, through all aspects of the day-to-day management of the assets, and ultimately the asset sale. Based in the Isle of Man, this role involved extensive work with European-based shipyards, as well as reputable shipbuilders and aircraft manufacturers on a worldwide basis.

Working on commercial legal and contracts matters, both in house at group board level and with customers and suppliers on a group-wide basis within a manufacturing company supplying heavy duty machinery to the mining industry.
