Joined when Oakbrook Finance was in early start-up phase (circa 20 employees), helping to establish the Analytics function; a blend of Credit Risk and Decision Science. Managed a junior analyst and recruited four analysts over a six-month period.Key contributor to the launch of Likely Loans, managing small teams of developers to create the first Decision Engine for loan applications and data warehouse. Led the Decision Science function in designing and implementing a £2M statistical Foundation Test, which became the foundation for all proprietary scorecard builds over the next five years.
