I began my career in beer at SweetWater brewing Company, where I excelled at several positions. Starting as a repack associate, I advanced to operating the keg and packaging lines. Eventually, I became a filler operator where I was responsible for the entire packaging line. As a result of hard work and dedication, I was promoted to Brewer and cellarperson. After 4 years at SweetWater, I'm moved back home to Miami, Florida. There I joined the team at J. Wakefield Brewing as a cellarman. Now, I am the head cellarman at J. Wakefield, ensuring the best beer is provided to south Florida and the rest of the beer drinking world.
