Alongside a highly competent team; I curate and edit submissions, liaise with government organisations regarding funding, manage budgets and financial responsibilities, run music and art events and communicate with artists in Melbourne and across the globe. My internship began with a 3 week training program conducted by Readygrad, which gave me insight into Vicinity's operations as well providing me with skills to prepare myself for full time work. I then completed a 4 week placement in the leasing team, where I was responsible for analysing the impact of aspirational brands on centres, as well as following.

I became proficient in numerous departments, including the sales office and men's fashion. This strongly enhanced my problem solving and teamwork skills, as well as my ability to confidently communicate with and assist customers and fellow staff.

I aided ORDRE (as well as their Sister Company Brand X) prepare for an upcoming Paris showroom as well as liaise with numerous designers and retailers in the Asian and European markets.
