Having been in marketing for 20 years I have developed a great understanding of people, customer insights and behaviours were my specialities. In recent years I have taken a different path, working with Holistic Serenity to offer a special blend of healing to the world. I have recently become much more involved in the business developing my skills in massage therapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Sound Healing, Crystal Healing, Energy Healing and Life coaching. I have journeyed on a path of self-discovery, overcoming depression, anxieties, self-doubt and imposter syndrome to step into my personal power, accept who I am, and learn to love myself. With a history of anger management and self-doubt, I have overcome these hurdles to be the most well-rounded version of myself. Seeing through the veil of what I used to think was an acceptable way to live and embracing a new more enlightened and empowered version of myself. This path has been long and hard and is a never-ending process, there is no such thing as perfect, we are all a work in progress, and I am here to assist those who seek to understand what is holding them back, what they need to focus on to step into their power, to find their happiness, to reach their dreams. I have recently returned to the UK from Ibiza, where I was offering wellness retreats, events and treatments to those who seek me out. I am now offering a unique blend of ancient shamanic practises and modern life development tools to aid all those who need some support in their lives, to reach the next level and beyond with strength, happiness and determination. I welcome all who feel the call to become a better version of themselves.
