I started in Retail Sales for predecessor company PrimeCo them moved into Information Technology after 2 years. I became a member of the South Area Infrastructure Team which designed, implemented and supported servers in the Verizon Wireless South Area. I'm currently a member of the Verizon Digital Work Place team working on Messaging, Collaboration and Virtualization technologies. I also take part in planning and implementation for the company's M&A and Divestiture activity related to messaging. I have advanced skills in Exchange administration, Powershell, GSuite migration and administration, Enterprise Vault and Active Directory. I've worked as a Product Manager to develop GCP based tools for eDiscovery teams.

IT Planning & Engineering Messaging server support.

As a Member of the Enterprise IT Planning and Engineering Team, I provided 3rd level support for messaging related issues and managing the messaging Windows Server Infrastructure. This team was responsible for enterprise-wide Active Directory and Messaging. I performed server installation, config and maintenance. We performed a migration from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange 5.5 as part of the integration of the new company, Verizon.

After becoming a Lotus Notes CLP, I was appointed to the role of Lotus Notes Specialist and was responsible for providing specialized support to users for Lotus Notes messaging and applications. My primary duties were performing troubleshooting, repair as needed and occasional Notes development. In this role, I also provided training to other Helpdesk analysts and Desktop Support members. Occasionally, I'd perform special duties assigned by the Lotus Notes team when requested.

I joined the IT Help Desk and performed first level support and triage for Desktop, Application and Back-End issues. My experience with retail, device provisioning and the mobile network enabled me to assist a wider range of users. My ability to interpret user issues to the next level Tech teams allowed for quicker identification and resolution of user issues. I provided direct user support for MS Office, Lotus Notes, Trimax Triversity POS, Provisioning tools and more. MCP Certified.

Setup the first retail store and Kiosk for Launch. I set up and performed Customer Education classes at both the main store and Kiosk locations. I managed employees and contractors in both locations which included interviewing, hiring, scheduling and coaching. I assisted the network team pre-launch with Drive tests to help ensure network readiness.

I started as commissioned Sales and held various positions in the company from managing the Specialty Sales department to Retail Store Management.
