I am experienced Senior Product Manager, with extensive current experience in building communication technology services and exceptional end user experiences for residential consumers, businesses and organisations of all sizes. I have extensive experience in residential fixed line and digital voice (VoIP), FTTP and Broadband internet services, and Unified Communications for business, and am experienced in service design and documenting service delivery and support models. I have experience of managing a small team of Product Managers, and working closely with sales, commercial and technology teams. I have experience using Agile methodologies to conduct product discovery, prioritising developments and defining Epics. I am enthusiastic about the transformational capabilities of communication technology. I am currently a Senior Product Manager for Voice services in TalkTalk Consumer, where I am focussed on the successful migration of copper-line residential broadband and voice customers to Fibre-based services with Digital Voice. Most recently I have been focussed on defining, designing and implementing fibre broadband and VoIP products and services for vulnerable and disabled residential customers. I am currently a flexible worker, and I am used to working from multiple locations.
