A wide ranging role covering voice services for UK residential consumers using both traditional copper line voice and new Digital Voice services. Focussed on innovating and development to maintain regulatory compliance, provide a compelling, reliable and valuable customer service. I have been specifically working on how to safely manage the migration of vulnerable and disabled customers onto full fibre and digital voice services.

This was a senior role involving working on a multi-million pound global communication product suite based on Cisco technology, used in national an international organisations across Vodafone's different markets. It focussed on providing value to customers and managing the lifecycle and development roadmaps in a tight budgetary model and with a focus on utilising Agile methodologies and sprint planning. It also focussed on preparing the Vodafone markets for changes in product availability and features, moving away from legacy technology onto true cloud services with global partners such as RingCentral, Cisco and Dubber.

Managing the development of the One Net product suite accross connectivity, devices, features and integrations.

Manage Office 365 for small to medium enterprises.

Developing Product and Proposition for SIP Trunking and Unified Communications for Vodafone Enterprise customers.

Managed IPPBX

Proposition development and commercial and product expertise for IP VPN, Broadband, FMC and IP TV.

Managing all orders coming through the Weybridge office, checking for technical and commercial accuracy. Building Bid Approval processes.

Working under the Head of Procurement to develop and implement a Bandwidth procurement strategy to cover all of Sirocom’s bandwidth spend.Acting as a control point for all new bandwidth orders and all new pricing requests. Working with sales and presales to provide up-to-date and relevant pricing in line with Sirocom’s strategy for all bandwidth requirements, on a global basis.Developing relationships with suppliers to facilitate swift response to pricing queries and streamlined order placement. Developing internal tools to streamline the order process within Sirocom.
