GC/Business Affairs Director for INEOS Automotive, manufacturer of the INEOS Grenadier and INEOS Quartermaster 4x4 vehicles. Having been part of the business since the very start, I have seen it grow from a bold idea to a successful global business selling cars in 45 countries. In the last 7 years, our team has played an integral part in building a global supply chain and a worldwide sales network as well as implementing a comprehensive compliance structure and processes. We have also conducted complex multijurisdictional IP litigation and developed a balanced IP portfolio. We manage the business' ESG and sustainability policy/reporting and are responsible for vehicle regulatory issues, public affairs, enterprise risk management, insurance and CoSec matters. I am also Legal Manager for INEOS Britannia, Challenger of Record for the 37th America’s Cup in 2024, supporting the team on drafting the AC37 Protocol, agreeing sponsorship/VIK and image rights/media contracts, sporting rule interpretations and arbitrations.
