A passionate Knowledge Manager with over 10 years of operational and strategic experience. I am passionate about furthering Knowledge Management, striving to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and security of your organization. I have trained over 250 persons on the components of Knowledge Management as well as Content, Records, and Information management. I am pursuing a Master's degree in Knowledge Management and have a strong business process and management background. I am skilled in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and developing knowledge management systems that address the needs and challenges of people, processes, tools, and the organization.In my current role, I am responsible for developing a Knowledge Management program that covers the governance, training, and resolution of KM issues identified by the organization. I work with various stakeholders and experts to design and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance knowledge sharing, retention, and protection. I have also led staff on strategic level exercise planning and execution and coordinated the Mission Assurance program for NGB. I leverage my skills in Knowledge Management, Knowledge Management Systems, and Analytical Skills to deliver quality results and outcomes for the organization.
