As a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer at Citrix, I am responsible for engineering, managing and maintaining public cloud infrastructure for several of our products. I work closely with developers in a DevOps role to ensure our products are continuously integrated and delivered to the cloud.

As Manager of Cloud Strategies, I am responsible for the planning, implementation and management of the entirety of the companies' footing as it pertains to IT infrastructure and cloud services. Responsibilities include architecting cloud infrastructure, planning and executing migration from previous infrastructure paradigms, driving adoption and training for cloud services such as Office 365, and creating automation tools and practices to stream line IT policies and procedures.

As a Senior Engineer with Mindtree, I was contracted to the Skype for Business Team at Microsoft where I was responsible for managing an international team tasked with maintaining public/private facing product infrastructure. Other responsibilities included global enterprise level troubleshooting, inter team communications, ongoing training and mentoring, tool development (Powershell) and handling support ticket escalations.

Systems Analysts at Microsoft are responsible for the planning, maintenance and execution of datacenter and cloud based services for internal customers. My responsibilities include maintenance of Hyper-V and VMM infrastructure as well as the management, planning and migration of internal SharePoint infrastructure. Windows administration tasks including troubleshooting and patching and creating test environments for senior developers and testers.

Lab Engineers create and manage test environments that Microsoft Support Engineers use to troubleshoot customer issues. My responsibilities include creating virtual machine images used by the engineers, engineering the test environments themselves and troubleshooting the cloud infrastructure the test environments are built upon.

As a retail manager, I handled all day to day operations for my store. This included managing 8 employees, managing inventory and providing service to customers. The "Star" customer experience was my top priority, and I received much recognition from my customer base for exceptional service. Sales were also vital to the performance of my store. I worked with local businesses to create grassroots marketing partnerships to drive customers into the store, with fantastic results.
