Directly responsible for growth of the Software and Digital Engineering Business Area for Defense sales. Charged with building and manage a pipeline for the identification, qualification, bidding, winning, of the Business Area, with a focus on Defense Systems Commands and affiliated Program Executive Offices, as well as Defense OEMs.

Formed relationships with over 10 government program offices and more than 50 medium to small businesses in pursuit of developmental and service contract business at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Fort Belvoir, and Fort Liberty. Worked multiple government contract vehicles (RS3, ITES3, FEDSIM) and supported resource allocation and scheduling for IDIQ task orders worth in excess of $200M. Specialized in market research and comprehensive competitive assessment using subscription databases and open source sites including Govwin, DACIS, Bloomberg Government, and sam.gov. Coordinated Non-disclosure Agreements and teaming agreements for more than 100 teammates. Surpassed new business capture goals by over $230M.

Developed and maintained customer and vendor relationships across Rotary and Mission Systems Market Space (Army, Air Force, Space Force Classified Electronic Warfare Programs). Managed capture schedule and asset allocation for programs worth in excess of $500M. Ran capture budgets and funding projections for more than 20 captures amounting to more than $3.5M in capture resources year to year. Conducted competitive assessment and advised capture teams on black hat actions to take. Led team efforts to expand Software as a Service (SAAS) in on-contract growth for major programs of record. Industry intelligence analysis included statistical research and open-source collection on targeted industry vendors. Efforts resulted in >=11% Combined Annual Growth Rate for three years running.

Led a cell of senior leaders in the improvement and execution of innovative business processes. Served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and head trainer for integration of classified intelligence and electronic warfare techniques into operations for the Chief Executive. Process improvement of Army knowledge management and integration of new tactics, techniques, and procedures into current operations. Recognized by the Secretary of the Army as thought leader in process improvement.

Cross coordinated with multiple nations in support of national defense goals. Created curriculum, scheduling, and delivery of an executive staff leadership training course for an Afghan regional police staff. Reported to commander of International Joint Command on leadership training progression and systems improvement. Recognized for excellence by the Commanding General of Afghanistan’s National Police, Regional Command (North).

Led a team of 10 senior Army professionals in training a battalion of troops (approximately 2600) of the government of Iraq in national civic stability. Performed leadership consulting with senior managers on budget, training schedule, tactics, and fielding of new equipment.

Led a team of 20+ analysts in support of workforce training as well as operations conducted by the Department of Defense at the national level. Designed and implemented a national level education package for use with the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. Served on national team to design doctrine for use in new operations worldwide. Deployed to Afghanistan to enable the training and employment of advanced techniques in support of national strategic goals.

Average student load of 60+. Conducted university level instruction for first- and second-year leadership students. Contributed to and formed university level curriculum with U.S. Army partners at the national level for the Reserve Officer Training Corps.
