I have over 20 years working in IT, Project management, Operations, Contract and Facilities management.I have a proven track record at being able to undertake a new role or project and hitting the ground running; delivering results quickly and to a high standard. I have experience of working in the private, public and charity sector as well as working in the UK and overseas. I am currently the IT Manager for The Kite Factory, managing all aspects of the IT Network and manage the relationship with our 3rd party IT support team. Developing the IT strategy for the agency. I manage all IT projects and monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT environment.I have experience in diplomacy, building relationship within a business environment and I am able to work under pressure in harsh and difficult environments with extensive experience in countries such as Nigeria, China and Angola. I was previously the Operations Manager for Rainbow Trust Children's Charity for 6 years. I managed the charity's head office move project for around 50 people/ 5400sqft. I also project managed a number of large IT Projects including the implementation of SharePoint, VOIP phone system.I managed all contracts for the 9 offices including property leases, IT, a vehicle fleet of around 60 cars and all other utility and facility contracts ensuring all offices meet health and safety regulations and was Chair of the Health and Safety committee.
