Involve in several ambulatory go-lives. I provide support for office staff using the EPIC system, by phone, in person. Also, train all new ambulatory employees, for example doctor, mid-levels, front office clerk, biller, office manager, and nurses. I help providers with their workflow, documentation and orders using EPIC. I also do department build, and training build. For more information, that is on my resume.

I’ve been involved in numerous go-lives and post go-live support for two diverse hospitals. I’ve been a part of support for all employee and non-employee members that use the EPIC system. I've done support for just about every application. Here are some of my support areas: Admission, discharge and Transfer (ADT), Clinical documentation, Health Information Management (HIM), Inpatient Orders, ASAP, EpicCare Ambulatory, Canto, Haiku, Clarity, EpicCare Inpatient, Reporting Work Bench, CitrixI round daily on the floors and work with doctors and nurses to identify workflow problems for staff using the EPIC system. I work collaboratively with the Information Services department and EPIC Application Coordinators.
