Responsible for management and delivery of all jobs that go through the factory making sure they meet customer’s requirements. Liaising with account executives regarding late jobs Organising daily van drivers routes and ensuring jobs are ready for loading Ordering in third party couriers where necessary Keeping the production team informed of work.

 Moving work from site to outworker suppliers Processing paper work and ad-hoc administration Organising the day to day running of the warehouse, which includes getting consumables out in times to meet machine deadlines Loading lorries Also responsible for two members of staff, giving them their duties for the day and making sure they meet deadlines.

 Organising staff and assigning them work for each shift Attending relevant meetings Organising any overtime that may be needed Keeping the production board up to date and making sure that jobs are loaded in the correct day and time making sure they meet customer’s requirements Informing colleagues and managers of any problems Organising agency staff.

 Passing of work Filling out paper work and ensuring machine operators understand what is required Organising breaks to ensure continuity of production Ensuring compliance to health and safety requirements Making sure subsequent jobs are available and ready for production Reporting any problems back to the manager
