Field management & leadership are my specialism; having led Regions, Divisions and Nation teams in numerous roles that culminated as an Operations Director for a major PLC.I have a high energy, non-judgmental yet honest approach to my coaching partnerships, ultimately creating Coachee responsibility for their own, unique development journey. Trusting rapports are also super important to ensure the programmes success.I help Coachees' develop their soft-skills as well as their technical skills and knowledge, after all, everyone should get a sense of enjoyment from time spent in the workplace right?
