Currently President of Cairn Applications, LLC, a Virginia based a software company focusing on web applications for the Waste Hauling industry, James Moser is a developer with over 15 years experience building mission-critical applications in a variety of industries. Mr. Moser holds a BA in History from Elmira College and a Masters in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University. In 2009, Mr. Moser was inducted into Delta Mu Delta international honor society in recognition of his academic excellence.Mr. Moser founded Cairn Applications in 2010 with a vision of enabling small to mid-size companies to compete on equal terms with their larger competitors by leveraging cloud technologies. Building on previous experience in the waste hauling industry, Cairn began to develop Box Tracker, a container tracking solution for dumpster companies. In 2014, Cairn was hired by the Canadian Franchisor Bin There Dump That to white label Box Tracker for it’s franchisees. In 2018 The product was again White labeled for Fire Fighter Dumpsters. 2019 saw 2 more white labels, one for VaVia a Franchise out of Tennessee and redbox+ and franchise out of Minnesota. Now the firm’s flagship product, Box Tracker and it’s white label counterparts manage over 300 waste haulers throughout the US and Canada. Collectively, these products track some 35,000 dumpsters in North America and process nearly $150 million in commerce annually.
