CurrentRole as Team Lead and Design Engineer for Advanced Engines High Pressure Compressor (HPC). I am responsible for managing the HPC module for multiple development engine configurations as well as leading the design team for components of the production engine configuration. Responsibilities-Team Leader and design engineer for developmental engine High Pressure Compressor (HPC)-Responsible for project time-line, team member organization, and reporting of project status-Design Eng. Focal for the HPC Module, supported CIPT for all HPC questions or issues-Executed re-design task for HPC Module, created over thirty new part numbers-Re-design was completed on time and budget, design meet requirements and standard work-Managed HPC configuration over multiple development and production engine builds-Collaborated with other groups to establish hardware interface documents-Solved urgent production and assembly issues, used out of the box thinking to solve problems-Worked directly with vendors to meet delivery time-line and to resolve production issues
