Our consultation began at initial ideation and proceeded to include product design, sourcing, pricing, prototyping as well as a active role in managing in the web front and back-end buildout, go-to-market strategy and growth planning. James Munroe is now serving as a fractional COO for STACKABL, providing high-level direction/supervision as well as detailed financial and development modeling/forecasting.

Started as a entry-level designer but quickly progressed to Design Team Lead and Director of Design. As the Director of Design, my projects drove, and still drive, the majority Stacklab's revenue, allowing the founder to focus on strategy and growth. Our work won multiple high-profile awards and was exhibited and published internationally.
