I oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring it supports the smooth functioning of programs and operations. Managing hardware, software, networks, and databases to maintain data integrity and security. Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring IT policies are followed. Updating on emerging technologies and recommending innovative IT solutions to enhance program delivery and efficiency. Design and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the progress and impact of EDCA's programs. Developing key performance indicators (KPIs), data collection tools, and methodologies for assessing program outcomes. Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with program manager and field staff to ensure accurate and timely data collection, and providing regular reports to stakeholders. Manage large datasets related to program activities, beneficiaries, and outcomes, ensuring data quality and integrity. Utilizing statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel) to analyze data and generate insights into program performance. Visualizing data through graphs, charts, and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Facilitating workshops or seminars to share best practices in IT management and M&E with other NGOs or community organizations. Prepare comprehensive reports on program progress, findings from monitoring and evaluation activities, and recommendations for program improvement. Communicating findings and recommendations to senior management, donors, government agencies, and other stakeholders through written reports, presentations, or meetings.
