Advises the Commander on management policies, safety and security issues, mission capabilities, as well as, on all personnel issues, to include, recruitment, retention, training and development, health and welfare, performance, and disciplinary actions for 376 personnel.Responsible for the efficient and safe use and management of over 622 acres of Air Force Munitions and Missile Maintenance Storage area which hosts the premier B-52 unit. Oversees the management and utilization of a $242 million munitions stockpile, over 122 facilities, and $7 million in vehicles and equipment. Responsible for the management of the United States Air Forces Conventional Air Launched Cruise Missiles and Munitions required by the Com\batant Commander to utilize the B-52 for overseas operations. Oversees manpower and maintenance operations for six sections, enabling completion of 38,000 projects annually. Establishes quality assurance requirements, tracks and analyzes compliance data; identifies deficient areas and provides corrective recommendations including designing, delivering, and implementing training policies and procedures.

Managed munitions allocations and ensured 100% accountability of $154M stockpile.. Advised wing leadership of weapons availability and shortfalls. Developed weapons expenditure tracking program; reduced reporting time from 5days to 1 hour. Verified and consolidated daily expenditure reports; maintained 100% accountability of 90k in training munitions. Coordinated deployment of 25 personnel/104 short tons of munitions support equipment to Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Efforts ensured zero discrepancies or cargo frustrations.
