My mission as a manger of people is to provide leadership and professionalism to any prospective employer I am fortunate enough to work for. I believe strong teamwork and communication skills are necessary in accomplishing short and long term goals. As a manager in my current business, my focus has always been to build from within. The results of that approach have yielded excellent results. By empowering employees to have a voice in achieving a goal, moral is positively affected and when moral is positive the production and commitment reaches high levels. I was fortunate enough to work under great leaders as well as technical people. My upbringing, which is highly family orientated, has also helped shape my attitude towards life in general. I carry that close to me and use it to help shape my department into a productive team environment. Ultimately providing excellent customer service is a major factor in building a solid well respected company. In my field of work our customers look to us to protect their water rights. It is my task to ensure efficiency and accountability of their water. In order to take on that responsibility I continue to improve on my knowledge. I am always looking for a more efficient way of doing things. It is what drives me I am very pro-company and put the needs of our constituency before anything else. My success has come from utilizing all these acquired skills through years of experience and to ensure my employees carry the same torch. My strongest trait is my leadership skills. I am a manager of people and think highly of them because without them we as a company could not succeed. If I were to sum up my total belief it would be well packaged in this famous quote by one of our greatest Presidents John F. Kennedy "Ask not what your country can do for you-ask what you can do for your country" Any organization I work for will have a loyal, company first, customer service driven leader. It is my mission as a professional to provide that.
