Wide ranging compensation support support and management for ~15,000 seasonal/year-round staff with ~$50,000,000 payroll.-Supervise compensation administrators.-Manage complex incentive based comp schemes, variations in base rates across U.S including location based minimum wages.-Provide ad-hoc analysis and consultation to business.-Working knowledge of several integrated systems for employee management (Oracle Fusion), time keeping (Oracle Time and Labor), human scoring (ePEN), payroll (ADP PayForce) and more.-Liaise with corporate payroll, business partners, business leadership, employees and colleagues to ensure accurate payment and resolution to pay concerns for all ~15,000 employees.-Ensure compliance to wage and hour law in all US states and territories where Pearson operates.-Coordinate and sign-off on UAT system testing for dozens of performance based compensation programs.-Manage employee referral bonus programs.-Prevent, and in worst cases, resolve mass pay issues.-Provide customized compensation support when available systems cannot meet the urgent needs of the business.
