Delighted to be working with the dedicated and talented team at US Squash as the General Manager of the Arlen Specter US Squash Center as well as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at US Squash. In addition to working with the design and construction team of the $45m facility, I am responsible for directing its leadership team, introducing operational procedures and service standards, and developing programs that cater to various constituent groups. The Specter Center serves as the training center and player development site for the US National Squash Team; home site for the US Open and many collegiate and participatory events; hosts community squash programs, is the home site for SquashSmart (Squash and Education (SEA) program), and an active playing membership within the Philadelphia community.With more than 20 years leadership in private clubs and sports management, the majority have included managing various facets and demands of high-end resorts and furthering the initiatives of a division-one collegiate athletic programs. Further, I possess six years' experience in the public relations field providing strategic communications counsel, brand development, client relationship management, and campaign design for corporations in the hospitality and technology industries.
