Since joining the team, nfrastructure has successfully grown its presence with NYS, and been involved in a number of strategic projects covering both implementation and support services, hardware and software sales.

Responsible for the success of CAI’s upstate New York business, which includes extensive presence in the public and private sector. Responsibilities include planning and strategy, staffing and management of a sales and account management team, sales and account management of multiple accounts. The business has added new business and new accounts, grown the size of the team, and maintained high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsible for start-up, revenue growth, account management and profitability for Computer Aid’s business in Eastern New York State. In the first year of operation, the Albany office grew a backlog of over $1M and became profitable, involving projects at New York State and the private sector, in the areas of consulting, construction management and application support. The business has seen substantial growth since then, growing to a 100-person organization, and has been profitable every year since 2002.
