Formerly the supervisor of a 16 suite OR at Scripps Mercy Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma center in San Diego, California. I was actively involved in system wide process projects, implementing managing for daily improvement processes around SSI reduction, ERAS implementation and improved OR efficiency. EPIC superuser. Prior to nursing, I was a Korean Linguist and intelligence analyst for the US military and attended the Defense Language Institute, Monterey California.
