Led a team of 60+ engineers that I founded and grew from just myself, starting in December 2019. We used multi-party computation to enable ads measurement without the need to share any data with Meta.

1) Responsible for the development and execution of a multi-year strategy for Facebook's Ad Measurement organization to rebuild our products and technical stack.2) Co-founded a new team focused on building new privacy preserving products and technologies, using technologies like Multi Party Computation, Homomorphic Encryption, and Cryptography.

Tech Lead for Ads Measurement Testing teams. These teams included Split Testing, Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, and Test and Learn.1) Responsible for instilling a growth culture into Measurement Product organization. Increased the sophistication of our experimentation tools and data analysis across the board, as well as provided frameworks to reason about the business value of our tools. Responsible for growing our team's engineers to lead, move fast, be outcome-focused. Dramatically increased the amount of experiments being run and the velocity our teams operated at. 2) Responsible for the Measurement Organization's Self-Serve Testing strategy. Expanded the scope of the team in Seattle and created a multi-year product strategy that outlined how to democratize Facebook's powerful testing tools traditionally used by large advertisers and put them in the hands of smaller advertisers.3) Stepped in as Product Manager and navigated the team through a pivot that required both prioritizing establishing a direct relationship with our customers in Test and Learn, and unifying our Lift and Split Testing products at the same time. Successfully executed on this while at the same time laying the foundations of the next-generation of Ads Testing.

1) Worked directly with Oculus CTO John Carmack to quickly create a prototype version of Facebook that could work on mobile VR Headsets, using a novel version of 2D rendering that "doubled" the resolution of rendering on the Gear VR.2) After receiving interest from the Facebook CTO, co-founded and Tech Lead a team of 6 engineers to work on 2D applications for Mobile VR headsets. Supported multiple XFN team members and partners as the team lead.3) Stepped into the role of Product Manager, navigating the team through several organizations and pivoting the product to integrate directly into Oculus Home to successfully launch the Facebook for Oculus Home app.

1) Responsible for Android client performance and architecture. Joined the team before public launch, ensured that the product launched by leading the team through complex threading and networking bugs in a high-stakes startup-style environment.2) Created a novel release and stability strategy by relying on FB Lite's unique network architecture to perform product regression testing by analyzing changes in network traffic between versions.3) Lead a small, senior team in re-architecting the Android client's rendering system from a software-style renderer to one that translated the UI hierarchy to Android views using a state-of-the-art view system called Litho. The system achieved best in class scroll and rendering performance.

HHVM Open Source Team. Responsible for designing and implementing the Xdebug php extension for HHVM, enabling remote debugging, profiling, tracing, and more. See xdebug.org/docs.
