Achievements; (Managed/coordinated implementation of multi-sectoral programs, Health and Nutrition, WASH, FSL, MHPSS, and Protection with an ever-expanding budget of 5.8 million USD)• I contributed to the development of World Relief results-based programmes and projects, concept notes, and project proposals, for Blue Nile State and Jazirah State Humanitarians Response in close coordination with the field team and Program Director, relevant donors, government counterparts and project local partners, by providing technical inputs and support that responds to emerging trends and priorities and that are in compliance with World Relief and donor interests and requirements. Reviewed resource requirements, and documented programmatic needs, gaps, and opportunities. Contributed to aligning World Relief's global, regional, and country strategies during project development and donor reporting, including supporting and promoting the proper use of World Relief reporting tools and indicators.• I served as the primary focal point on all programs WR is implementing in Blue Nile State, South Kordofan State, and Jazirah State in Sudan, ensured that all policy-related issues were adhered to by field staff; liaised with other humanitarian organizations, donors, etc., ensured appropriate monitoring and reporting mechanisms; provided information and advice on a range of related issues. • I ensured that all program design, implementation, and outputs in the area aligned with World Relief’s (WR) strategy, donor standards, and local laws. Handled other essential duties such as Operations, Safety and Security, Human Resources, Financial Reporting, and Community Relations and representation. • I facilitated monitoring of the projects with project staff, reviewed project progress, reviewed beneficiary feedback, identified corrective actions required, and captured learning. Something I continue to do regularly in my current role.

Maiduguri, Borno, Nigeria

Achievements; (Managed/coordinated implementation of multi-sectoral programs, Health and Nutrition, WASH, FSL, MHPSS, and Protection with ever-expanding budget of 4.3 million USD).• I coordinated a consortium/partnered with other humanitarian agencies to plan and evaluate humanitarian and emergency assistance programs and help ensure that the latest findings, lessons learned, policy guidelines, etc. are incorporated into these activities, including gender-related considerations; coordinated successful proposal through a consortium for ECHO proposal in Maiduguri, Nigeria where MdM was a lead partner. • I ensured and improved general security management and monitoring, notably by ensuring that MdM security framework tools are regularly updated, and by fostering context and security analysis.• I provided support to the Country Director in completing monthly SitRep on time and another operational task as assigned by the Head of Mission; I participated in strategy development and proposed new interventions in the function of needs identified in the intervention areas. I actively contribute to seeking funding opportunities and lead the proposal development process at a base level, in close cooperation with coordination; I am responsible for the compliance with internal procedures of MdM, external donors’ rules, as well as national law. • I carried out representation with other NGOs, UN agencies, government bodies, traditional authorities, donors, and other parties.

South Kordofan, Sudan

Achievements; (Managed/coordinated implementation of multi-sectoral programs, Health and Nutrition, WASH, FSL, MHPSS, and Protection with ever-expanding budget of 3.5 million USD)• I oversaw the operationalization of the South Kordofan Base 2021 programming strategy, including project submission, capitalization on current programs, and piloting the unfolding of 2021 projects.• I Participated in large, complex projects, including disaster assessment; assisted in the coordination of international humanitarian/emergency assistance for complex emergency/disaster situations in South Kordofan State in Sudan and ensured the necessary support (e.g., staff, funding, specialized equipment, supplies, etc.); drafted situation reports to the international community, donor apprising of the situation to date and specifying unmet requirements of stricken South Kordofan State, with specific information surrounding the neighboring state in Sudan.• I ensured and improved general security management and monitoring, e.g. I drafted PUI security framework tools that are regularly updated, and fostered context and security analysis for South Kordofan State.• I managed/Assisted the production of appeals for international assistance; participated in several proposal writing, drafted concept notes to many donors such as UN agencies, BHA, ECHO, GEEO, SIDA, DFID, etc.; ensured the proper use and spending of donor contributions channeled through PUI. (e.g., I conducted monthly budget review meetings with the field team). • Coordinated a consortium/partnered with other humanitarian agencies to plan and evaluate humanitarian and emergency assistance programs and help ensure that the latest findings, lessons learned, policy guidelines, etc. are incorporated into these activities, including gender-related considerations.

Achievements; (Managed/coordinated implementation of multi-sectoral programs, Health and Nutrition, WASH, FSL, and Protection with ever expanding budget of 8.6 million USD).• I contributed to the development and dissemination of understanding of ACF Country Strategy implementation at the field level• I engaged with the field team to ensure timely and on-budget implementation of projects by working with Programme Managers to ensure that work plans were in place and realistic; I worked with Programme Managers to forecast spending for activity costs;• I reviewed spending and implementation every month with Programme Managers and presented updated spending plans and output trackers; conducted monthly Programme Review Meetings; etc. • I worked with Programme Managers, identifying any significant delays and disruptions to programmes provided possible solutions, and kept the senior management team informed.• I worked with other coordination teams and developed best practices in the overall implementation of programs at the field level.• Reviewed and provided advice on policy issues related to safeguarding humanitarian principles and ensured the effective delivery of humanitarian assistance in Old Fangak Based.

South Sudan

Achievements; (Managed/coordinated implementation of multi-sectoral programs, Health and Nutrition, WASH, FSL, and Protection with an ever-expanding budget of 13.2 million USD). • Coordinate the day-to-day running of systems that facilitate the implementation of program activities in the Health, Nutrition, FSL, Cash intervention, and WASH sectors. • I ensured that the project was implemented within budget, by conducting a monthly budget review meeting. • I served as the primary focal point on all programs GOAL is implementing in Warrap State South Sudan, ensured that all policy-related issues were adhered to by field staff; liaised with other humanitarian organizations, donors, etc., ensured appropriate monitoring and reporting mechanisms; provided information and advice on a range of related issues. • Reviewed and provided advice on policy issues related to safeguarding humanitarian principles and ensured the effective delivery of humanitarian assistance in Warrap State, South Sudan; etc. • I directly managed the operations team including, logistics, finance, and Human Resources at the base. • I directly managed field security of the base and that of the field team, coordinated with the different stakeholders on all security-related issues, developed an up-to-date security tree, and updated the security evacuation plan and field contingency plan.

South Sudan

Key Duties;• Acted as head of office and security focal point for a field site, including through remote management during times of insecurity, I ensured the smooth running of activities in the area of operation, including, programme activities and operational/support functions• Coordinated with local authorities and other NGO actors at the local level, including acting as a focal point for problem-solving and negotiation• Supervised international programme managers to ensure programme activities progress as planned and support the development of new projects and grants• Oversaw day-to-day functions of the finance department, including conducting cash counts, reviewing cash books, and ensuring procedures are adhered to and all transactions are properly documented and authorized.

I was crucial in maintaining the operational integrity and efficiency of the field Warrap State GOAL Field Based; I managed all staff-related issues, from disciplinary, staff motivation, appraisal, leaves, contracts, payroll process, on-boarding, exit among others; I managed the finance and ensure internal policies were followed, ensured proper budget management.

• I organized and maintained personnel records, updated internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave), prepared HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides, etc., Liaised with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensured legal compliance.
