CurrentAfter successfully completing the Telstra 2022 Graduate Program in April 2023, I joined the Explore & Engage team, where I am responsible for improving the UX/UI of the e-commerce side of the Belong website.Key Achievements:- Designed a global search function for the Belong website, empowering customers to resolve issues independently and reducing the volume of calls to our customer service team.- Designed landing and competition pages for Belong’s first corporate partnership with the Sydney Sixers, resulting in 3,742 entries over 8 weeks (exceeding the target of 2,500) and over 14,500 visits.- Implemented UX enhancements in the NBN order journey, including an order overview and additional modem information by analysing website analytics and Hotjar data, to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.- Reduced complaints by 20%, returns by 50% and increased buying confidence by showcasing expected phone conditions and comprehensive testing information for Belong’s Second Life Devices.- Discovered an unserved customer segment within Belong’s most-used feature, Data Gifting, by undertaking a data-led approach in the discovery process, to better understand and address customer needs.- Adhering to structured design process to streamline our design efforts, while collaborating closely with accessibility and design system teams to guarantee smooth developmentAdditionally, as one of the few First Nation employees at Belong, I helped organised cultural events including NAIDOC & Reconciliation Week activities, The Voice sessions, and lunch & learn workshops (e.g., weaving, dot painting).
