I have more than 40 years of experience in corporate finance and banking, commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions and international transactions, advising financial institutions, private equity and hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, large and small companies, Native American tribes and tribal-related entities, and nonprofit organizations. I have represented clients in over $30 billion in financings and over $22 billion in M&A transactions.
