I am a driving school business owner based in Dorset. I’ve been a driving instructor since early 2008 and have helped hundreds of people gain their driving licence. I’ve got hundreds of customer reviews and seem to do well with customers that are nervous and anxious about learning to drive. I would say I am calm, patient, understanding, a good communicator, loyal, trustworthy and determined to my best for my customers. I believe that customer service should always be a priority and is the most important factor to a successful business.As well as learner drivers for cars, I am also able to train future driving instructors and have had some great successes with this now having trained 12 of our own instructors over the passed couple of years. I’ve also helped other ADIs with additional training and help towards their standards checks. I also teach HGV C+E, C, C1 and am able to teach D1 and D categories as well. I also built my company website, social media presence and am responsible for our SEO and other advertising which keeps our team of 43 driving instructors busy.
