• Prepare/review international computations including: GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, and foreign tax credit. • US International Compliance responsibilities for US owned foreign subsidiaries include: - Prepare/review tax reporting related to international operations including Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, and 8865 in addition to related statements/disclosures. - Request and maintain foreign withholding tax receipts/documentation. - Coordinate and review the timely completion of foreign tax packages.• Prepare contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation for the US and Canada as well as the transfer pricing documentation for subsidiaries located across Europe and Asia Pacific.• Prepare annual APB 23 calculation and memo.• Assist with international aspects of ASC 740.• Support the international portion of federal and state tax audits including research, writing and responding to IRS Information Document Requests.• Assist with international tax related projects arising from worldwide restructuring, acquisition, and cash repatriations.• Collaborate with outside tax advisors on non-US tax technical tax issues.
