I am a credible and inspiring leader, with client advisory experience, emphasized on oversight of construction management activities including construction contract compliance, project controls, construction logistics coordination, construction site safety compliance, establishing project scheduling and budgeting standards, lean project delivery training and supervision of Construction Managers. Additionally, responsible for the leadership, coordination, motivation and oversight of the project team which includes internal and external stakeholders and more specifically contractors, and consultants.I am also a vocal advocate, with track record of maintaining the safety plan, ensuring it is current with industry standards and law while working cross functionally and providing subject matter expertise and strategic data analysis which influence sustainable working environments.
