Survived a Korean Airlines jet-liner crash and decorated for freeing a junior officer from the wreckage.* Managed a politically charged transfer of Navy Vieques Island real estate to varied U.S. and Puerto Rico Agencies. Initiated the construction of terrorist detainee camps at Guantanamo. * Facilities Program Manager for U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery's $7 billion global portfolio of medical centers, hospitals, and clinics. -
