As the Deputy Editor of PEP.ph’s Guide section, which covers the TV, movie, and music beat, part of my responsibilities include: -Brainstorming and conceptualizing content for the PEP Guide section -Making sure that churn and quota is met for PEP editorial content plan -Assigning contributors to write articles and attend events for PEP Guide.-Producing content in different formats of SEO-friendly feature articles such as listicles, photo-based galleries, nostalgia pieces, film and TV reviews-Analyzing results of each output through pageviews and engagements: if it worked or it did not.-Doing research-based major longform pieces about the TV and movie industry in the Philippines and news reports whenever assigned. -Doing exclusive interviews with celebrities, TV network executives, and showbiz insiders for the project called PEP Anatomy Series, an initiative I conceptualized that dives deep into different formats of TV shows like teleseryes, reality shows, and variety programs.-Handling social media content for the PEP Guide section seen on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.I also do on-cam hosting for PEPLive, the flagship online talk show of PEP.ph and its taped counterpart, PEP Exclusives.
