Provide first level support to end-users through troubleshooting problems and implementing corrective action either remotely or collaborating with IT contacts on site. Monitor and respond to alerts and execute restoration procedures in a timely manner. Demonstrate complete professionalism while handling inquiries or complaints of the customers and ensure accurate and up to date asset records (CMDB).

Handles Systems Administration (Active Directory, File and Print Server, Cisco PABX, Cisco Telepresence), office security (Biometric Door Access and CCTV) and IT inventory. Provides technical support to the users, maintains and troubleshoots network, hardware and software systems, raises ticket to service desk for escalation and proper documentation, helps field users via remote tool. Implements global IT projects rolled out in the Philippines.
