James Pera has always had a passion for business development, negotiations, and having fun in the process! James began his business career in the aviation world at the age of 19, assisting in the business development and coordination of the Denver Unlimited Air Races, on behalf of the National Air Racing Association. James’s responsibilities included on-site event activities, sponsorship sales, marketing, media coordination, and hospitality. James later became one of the youngest individuals to produce his very own full-scale Warbird Invasion Airshow, which hosted over 156 vintage WWII aircraft, over a three-day period. Over the subsequent years, James continued to excel in the aviation and hospitality sectors, refining his business acumen while being employed by leading FBO’s, that catered to corporate aircraft. Concurrently, he spearheaded independent marketing and business development ventures. Noteworthy among his achievements was the adept management and negotiation of numerous impactful marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 giants such as Rolls-Royce, Pepsi, Budweiser, Kodak, and TiVo.James also collaborated with a dedicated team to orchestrate and oversee the acclaimed Nellis AFB, Aviation Nation Unlimited Air Racing demonstrations, which drew in crowds of over 300,000 spectators. Simultaneously, he pursued and successfully obtained a real estate broker's license while spearheading an innovative wine venture that intertwined aviation with narratives that honored America's veterans.In recent times, James has overseen the operations of a private aircraft charter business, based at Scottsdale Airport. Additionally, he served as a representative for a prominent industrial firm, skillfully navigating government negotiations to secure lucrative contracts. His expertise also facilitated and tailored solutions for esteemed power plants across Arizona.Over the duration of his career, James has cultivated a solid network of relationships with entertainment and aviation personalities, small business owners, and individuals representing some of the largest corporate entities in the United States. James has invested endless hours in absorbing insights and wisdom from every relationship forged throughout his business career.
