James Perdue is a Student at Mississippi State University at Aurora Flight Sciences. During Brittin's tenure with us, he demonstrated a strong will to learn key composite manufacturing principles and techniques. Despite being green on industry standard terms, he quickly grasped complex concepts and applied them effectively while preparing internal build documents (work instructions, movement plans, etc.). One of Brittin's most notable strengths is his attention to detail supported by his excellent note taking skills. He had the opportunity to have input on multiple projects, keeping detailed notes throughout his tenure. These notes not only helped Brittin during his tenure, but the notes will also provide key insights and reduce onboarding time for future interns that will continue the projects Brittin supported.
