He is the managing partner of Perrone-Ambrose Associates an organization development firm recognized as a global leader in corporate mentoring programsMr. Perrone specializes in assisting organizations custom-design formal mentoring systems and conducting mentoring and coaching training programs for senior leaders, managers and mentees.Mr. Perrone, with his partner, Larry Ambrose, created the Mentors 2100 Series, which focuses on the coaching and mentoring leadership skills required to shape the learning organization of the future. This innovative approach is currently being utilized by such progressive companies and organizations as Consol Energy; The Federal Reserve Bank; ; BP; Siemens; Legg Mason; New York Life Insurance; Walgreens; U.S. Army Sustainment Command; Environmental Protection Agency; NASA and a variety of other companies and agencies dedicated to the goal of assisting skilled and seasoned members of their organizations to pass on their expertise to others.In collaboration with Larry Ambrose, Mr. Perrone has also authored The Mentee’s Navigator, a guide book for assisting protégés and mentees gain the most from mentoring and coaching opportunities.Over the past twenty-five years, Mr. Perrone has consulted to a variety of global organizations such as Newell Rubbermaid, The World Bank, Akzo Nobel Chemicals, Glaxo SmithKline, Cigna International, Saudi Aramco and Infinuum. He has conducted mentoring skill-building training for leaders and managers in a number of international settings such as the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, France, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Barbados and Canada. Mr. Perrone completed his undergraduate and graduate work in organization and administration at Loyola University of Chicago.
