MCFT is een meermaals bekroonde KMO, gericht op het onderhoud en de aankoop van commerciële keukenapparatuur. MCFT is in 1992 opgericht en is uitgegroeid tot een belangrijk bedrijf voor grote bedrijven, facilitaire bedrijven, onderwijsinstellingen, de gezondheidszorg en de publieke sector. Nu met een team ter plaatse in Nederland, bevindt het hoofdkantoor van onze groep zich in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en hebben we ons internationaal uitgebreid naar andere gebieden: het openen van kantoren in de UAE, Qatar en Saudi Arabia.

MCFT provide service and maintenance for commercial kitchens – covering cooking, preparation, ware-washing and refrigeration equipment. We provide a full range of services from preventative maintenance, (designed to minimise breakdowns and extend the life of equipment) to reactive calls (attending and resolving breakdowns in the shortest possible time) – from installation and commissioning of new equipment – to providing warranty services for major manufacturers. We aim to provide the highest standards of technical competence and customer service – and to comply with internationally recognised standards of compliance, excellence and people development.

My main responsibilities included conducting market research to compile a database and report for future expansion of the company both nationally and globally. Alongside this I worked with the service desk team to log data and resolve issues; as well as working with the procurement and parts department to efficiently book and organise parts for engineer use or return.
