 Identifies potential safety or hazards, takes actions or makes recommendation to eliminate hazard. Prepare weekly and monthly HSE progress meeting. Design, update and implement safety education program. Ensure that all installed fire and safety equipments comply with the relevant local and international laws. Conducting tool box talks. Gathering and documenting evidence as it relates to incidents. Periodic checking of the fire extinguishers and fire detectors equipments. Daily inspection of vehicles to ensure clear demarcation of vehicles from workers and visitors access and egress. Ensuring and implementing a food safety system in the employee dining room. i.e. (HACCP) Ensuring that good housekeeping is maintained to avoid slip, trip and fall of workers and visitors Ensuring that all swimming pools are duly covered by life guards..

Conduct safety inspection of work areas to ensure safe working conditions and keep daily record and report to HSE manager as necessary. Ensure all subcontractors and others using the premises for which the company is responsible, will abide by the site safe systems of work. Maintain safety records. Inspect all necessary company equipments on regular basis. Provide safety talks to site supervisors, foremen and workers. Implement all safety matters / enforce the company safety rules and regulations at site. Ensure the foremen and supervisors are aware of HSE requirements prior to their works. Ensure lifting operations are done with strict HSE supervisions. By using barricades, warning signs and signage’s where necessary. Oversees planning, creation and implementation of HSE programs. Enforce compliance with HSE to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to an acceptable level. Investigate any incident/accident, near miss, emergencies and report as necessary.
