I tend to enjoy diving into new-to-me technologies. Many of the programming issues that one can face have already been addressed by thoroughly developed tools or frameworks. The trick is knowing how to research those tools, learning how to use them properly, and then integrating them into your projects. Usually, there's no sense in reinventing the wheel.Some of the most satisfying programming experiences I've had were learning to implement OpenAPI into controllers using available frameworks, developing tests for those controllers using tools like Postman, figuring out how to use Docker to run isolated automations or SQL test databases, and embedding Python code into data transformation tools to add custom functionality.Of course, sometimes the most rewarding thing to do is build something that doesn't exist. Analytical thinking and logical problem-solving lead me to those "ah-ha" moments that move projects in the right direction.
