My responsibilities for this role include:• Managing the Workplace team across the London estate.• Recruitment and onboarding of new members of staff.• Producing H&S and client business review slides, presenting these to the Client and Senior Management on a monthly basis.• Ensuring KPI’s are met • Hosting Client calls and meetings• Raising and goods receipting of Purchase Orders.• HR - Disciplinary investigations – note taking and conducting investigations.• Coordinating client building projects such as building light ups for initiatives• Responding to and acting upon EY staff questionnaire responses.• Managing and updating the Workplace SOPs.• Team calls and 121’s• Conducting cleaning audits and ensuring jobs are raised and completed• Being a “go to” person for Senior Management and Clients• Conducting tool box talks and safety moments with the team, along with hazard reporting ensuring H&S compliance

As a Senior Workplace Lead, I was responsible for the managing the 25 Churchill Place Workplace Team. My responsibilities for this role included:• Carrying out 1-2-1 reviews with the WPC team.• Supporting the Regional Manager assisting with duties as and when required.• Managing the team’s holiday request and ensuring the tracker is up to date.• Managing the WPC weekly team rota and sickness.• Attending regular tenant meetings with the Canary Wharf Estate Management.• Carrying audits on the office floors and providing feedback to the team on where improvements can be made.• Assisting the client with ISO audits both internally and externally.• Hosting Team Board meetings bringing together each service line to promote awareness across the contract.• Managing of contractors coming into the building.

As a Workplace Team Leader I was responsible for the leading the 1MLP Workplace Team. My responsibilities for this role included:• Supporting Senior WPC and performing management duties when Senior WPC is absent or out of office • Managing records of workplace related information i.e. utilisation, building stats.• Motivating team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.• Assisting management with hiring processes and new team member training.• Answering team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance and communicating deadlines and goals to team members.• Conducting team meetings to updating team members on best practices and continuing expectations.• Ensuring that any signage/material is on brand and physical working spaces meet and exceed standards.• To create and maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation.• To ensure the team adequately support client requirements such as business continuity planning, information security, internal/external certification audits, financial, security and HSEQ data.• To ensure the effective implementation of all HSEQ and other policies and processes.

My responsibilities for this role included:• Taking responsibility for a total Workplace delivery using the helpdesk and the wider AWS network. • Ensuring ISO standards are met across the building.• Enforcing workplace standards/policies including clear desk and use of Kensington locks, etc.• Chasing any outstanding incidents reported to the helpdesk• Processing the AWS element of the HR Process covering leavers, new joiner, secondment, transferee process.• Maintaining and updating a variety of spread sheets and in-house databases.• Carrying out desk/building utilisation H&S checks/ counts and record the information.• Designated Fire marshal and DSE assessor.• Assisting the Moves Team with floor moves.
