Written business study follows analysis to include detail on supported items, missing items (gaps) and suggested development and procedural changes ("now" vs "to be").- Project Development (Process): Direct customer liaison and business consultancy through onsite workshops, written and verbal presentation and teleconference to help design and develop process changes and to increase customer confidence in said changes.- Project Development (Software): Direct liaison with development team to ensure that product development matches customer requirement and agreed business study detail. Assisting development team with end UI/UX design, logical techniques, software testing and interface logic.- Systems Training: Design and production of bespoke training courses to fit customer needs inclusive of system setup and maintenance, control of static data and full detail of available tools. Implementation of training courses to include “front of class” tutorial, interactive tasks, Q&A and testing procedures. Completion of full system user guides and other related training material.- Systems Implementation: Full onsite “Parallel Run” and “Go Live” support within 24/7 business environment to guarantee data quality, increase customer confidence, ensure process and system changeover efficiency. Main aims to limit possibility of revenue loss through change procedures and to ensure smoothness of system and procedural integration.- Systems M&S: Off and onsite support and maintenance for customer as per agreed M&S contract.
