  General assistant who is trusted with many roles, from opening and closing the building to running departments on my own. I manage the front desk, dealing with phone calls, enquiries from the general public and managing my own float. Starting with one department, I’ve been given the responsibility to help run more departments and roles and help train new staff. I’ve demonstrated being flexible with hours and often called upon to cover last minute shifts. I have shown tenacity with tasks and positively contributed to improving departments and service offering, helping them run more efficiently and sustainably.
