• Responsible for management of data and data access for a 600,000+ record database. Including data hygiene, data updates, postal information and other contact info. • Primary team member for major software upgrade from Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge to Blackbaud CRM. • Instrumental in the research, planning, and implementation of two new scholarship programs at the University of Tennessee. Working with the Dean of Enrollment Services and the Director of Financial Aid, developed the Tennessee Pledge Scholarship, a need-based scholarship for Tennessee resident freshmen entering in the fall. Also with the Dean and Director, developed the Tennessee Promise Scholarship, a program that offers scholarships to graduating seniors at targeted underserved high schools across the state. • Assisted with the planning and implementation of full file review for applicants. Tennessee has begun reviewing completely the files of applicants. Developed methods to identify and extract IDs for students. Developed methods to communicate with students concerning the results of reviews.• Oversight of all phases of EMT Connect2 implementation and management.
