As a Sales Account Manager it is my responsibility for maintaining and growing Mastercopy’s customer portfolio and ensuring implementation of new contracts and to be accountable for customer satisfaction with Mastercopy. My job role is to provide consultation to potential new business clients as well as existing and offer them informed choice’s to which will cover any and all aspects of their business requirements. Mastercopy have operated for over 25 years and still lead the way as the North East’s premier IT hardware and software provider to the managed print industry and are responsible for all service, supplies, billing maintenance and monitoring of a customer’s managed print environment and technology needs. In addition, we will handle all billing, contractual up grades, contract renewals and negotiations.
