Consulting Senior specialising in Restructuring and Recovery.Experience here included assisting with the trading and operation of a medical devices company for 6 weeks whilst under administration before the sale of the business as a going concern.Asset recovery and dealing with creditors.Preparation of financial information including trading summaries, cash books, annual returns and financial statements as well as filing of tax returns.Co-ordination of engagement with legal teams and Revenue Commissioners.
