James has worked under a few residential General contractors to oversee various trades including demolition, electrical, millwork, masonry, framing, flooring, roofing, plumbing, and stucco work. James's organizational and communication skills have helped ensure jobs have been done efficently and correctly. He is also attending school part-time at St. Petersburg College seeking his Construction Management degree. He plans on becoming a General Contractor in the near future.His day-to-day operations consists of:-coordinating/scheduling contractors & subcontractors-overseeing work performed on jobsite-ordering/keeping inventory of materials-maintaining the budget-keeping the owner informed as far as cost, scheduling, and timeframe of the project
