A marketeer with a proven skill set and a broad experience across Advertising, Marketing and Sales. Starting out as a graduate at Saatchi & Saatchi, my time in advertising covered brand campaigns for the likes of SONY, Visa, And the NSPCC. A move to BBH then saw me working on the likes of Birds Eye and AEG. In 2005 I followed my passion and spread my wings to see if I could make it as a photographer in Australia. I switched into marketing whilst out in Sydney, Australia, developing new strategies and creative campaigns for 'The Sydney Morning Herald'. Back in the UK, a Marketing Manager role at L G Harris & Co. quickly followed and then on to Yorkshire Tea with the task of accelerating the brands growth. Following the success of the 2011 Yorkshire Tea ad campaign, which saw Little Urn taking a proper brew to Brits in America, I jumped into sales and became the National Account Manager for Sainsbury's and Co-op. This was a challenging and worthwhile phase that set me up well to lead the creation of a new Shopper Marketing function at Taylors. In May 2015, I took a new role at Arla Foods UK, as a Senior Brand Manager on their Cheese business. Led the Castello brand into +20% growth YOY, developed the Arla brand strategy for Cheese and managed a growing branded and OL portfolio. Then in 2017 I took on a move to Denmark and a global marketing role on the Arla brand. Developing a global innovation pipeline and driving portfolio planning across European and International markets was a key focus during this period, alongside implementing a healthy and sustainable growth agenda for Cheese world wide. Following a global restructure in 2018 I’m now leading the growth agenda on Arla’s global speciality cheese brand Castello. I’m lucky to be working with some brilliant and obsessive cheese lovers and enjoying the challenge with my team to create new and disruptive ways to turn consumers onto Castello within today’s digital always on world.
